With plain barrel and tang (light rust patination), signed border engraved flat lock, figured full stock (minor old bruising), regulation brass mounts including ovoidal butt-cap with fixed lanyard ring, fore-end cap also forming a ramrod-pipe, and stirrup ramrod acting against a spring stamped 'JP', London proof marks
