Accompanied by a report from Argyle Pink Diamonds stating that the diamond, weighing 0.16 carat, is natural 6PP colour, SI2 clarity. Report number 04054, dated 17th March 2011.
The Argyle diamond mine, located in the East Kimberley region in the remote north of Western Australia, was the only known significant source of pink and red diamonds, producing over 90% of the world's supply today. Due to the depletion of gem quality reserves, the Argyle Mine ceased mining in November 2020.
