Two Greek and two Daunian pottery vessels
Circa 6th-4th Century B.C.
Comprising a Corinthian aryballos with lotus flower motif in umber and red, 6.5cm high; a South Italian black-glazed guttus, the discus modelled with the head of Medusa, with ring handle and striated ribbed body, 11cm high, 11cm diam.; a Daunian pottery jug, the tall strap handle double pierced above the rim, with geometric and banded decoration in umber, 20cm high; and a Daunian pottery askos with disc rim, an arched handle in the centre of the back, with banded and lozenge decoration in umber and red, 12cm high, 19cm long (4)
