A large Greek terracotta bust of a kore
Archaic Period, circa late 6th-early 5th Century B.C.
The hollow half-length figure depicting a woman wearing a low polos above tight curls, with oval hoop earrings, the elongated face with almond-shaped eyes and subtle Archaic smile, her right arm bent at the elbow, 26.5cm high
