An early Victorian silver teapot

attributed to Benjamin Smith, London 1837
Of pear-shape, with ivory handle, together with a George III oval cream jug, bright-cut engraved bands, marks rubbed, probably 1801, weight 21.8oz gross. (2)

Footnotes

The marks are very rubbed but the teapot is inscribed with Smith's name and address on the base.
