Beehive water pots of this type, Jiaqing seal mark and of the period, appear to be very rare. The motif and pattern however, is typical of the Jiaqing reign and can be seen on a famille rose vase, Jiaqing seal mark and of the period, illustrated in Ethereal Elegance: Porcelain Vases of the Imperial Qing, the Huaihaitang Collection, Hong Kong, 2007, pp.376-377, no.136.

Compare with a similar famille rose waterpot, Jiaqing seal mark and of the period, which was sold at Sotheby's London, 10 November 2010, lot 130.
