of circular form with narrow flattened rim, profusely engraved and decorated in silver inlay with a central cartouche containing a tughra and inscriptions in thuluth on a ground of floral vines, surrounded by two bands of twenty-four further inscription-filled cartouches in thuluth, all on a ground containing vegetal interlace and geometric motifs
