the double-edged watered steel blade of curved form with five thin raised spines, decorated in gold inlay in the form of a mihrab with foliate sprays and inscriptions to the forte, the stone hilt of waisted form, the wood scabbard clad in green velvet with brass mounts decorated in repoussé with vines and bunches of grapes
