in four sections each divided by a raised band on a splayed base with five serpentine feet, flaring rim and two hinged handles to each side, profusely engraved and decorated in openwork with figures, mythical beasts, divs, animals in combat and pseudo-inscription-filled cartouches, all on a ground of scrolling floral interlace
