the hand-painted pencil, watercolour and gouache costume design featuring a showgirl in a low-cut yellow and black work-style dress, with sheer yellow skirt, black gloves, black glasses, black handbag and matching boater hat, unsigned, mounted, framed and glazed, sight 6 1/4in x 13 1/4in (16cm x 35cm)

Here Cobb has blended a glamorous work-wear style with a sense of erotica through the sheer fabric combinations.
