A pair of Vienna circular présentoirs, circa 1755

Each painted with a rococo scene on a scrollwork base hung with flower swags, one depicting an elegant couple seated on a bench with another figure at the rear, the second with a seated classical figure of a woman attended by two cupids, gilt scrollwork borders to the rims, 22cm diam., shield marks in underglaze-blue, both with incised M and 2 and 3, respectively, red-painted MAK inventory numbers Ke 7750 and 7751 (2)
