A Niderviller porcelain ecuelle and cover, circa 1775

Each painted with a gilt band hung with puce ribbon swags and flower sprays, the cover with a flower-bud finial, the ecuelle with pierced, gilt-edged scroll handles and painted with a formal monochrome foliate and swag border below the rim, 16.5cm across handles, interlaced CC/N.68. in manganese (edge of one handle restuck, some flaking to gilt rims) (2)
