A Ludwigsburg miniature group of dice-players from the 'Venetian Carnival', circa 1770

Modelled by Jean-Jacques Louis with three figures standing around a table playing dice, two wearing a tricorn hat, long coat and breeches, the third wearing a fur hat and short coat, on a rectangular base painted in imitation of stone, 7.8cm wide; 7.4cm high, interlaced CC monogram in underglaze-blue (one figure restuck through the legs)
