8vo (195 x 130 mm). 31 hand-colored engraved plates by Wenceslas Hollar. Early 20th century red morocco gilt by Riviere & Son, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt. Corners bumped, minor spotting.

Reprint of Hollar's engravings from drawings by Hans Holbein, printed from refreshed copper plates first prepared for publication in 1794.
