comprising a pair of scissors, a pen-rest and a knife, each decorated in gold overlay with vegetal interlace, the pen rest with walrus ivory mount, the scissors with handles in the form of an Arabic phrase; and a further knife with coral and tortoiseshell handle, the knives with embossed paper covers, one with maker's mark to blade
