Persian manuscript on green paper, 212 leaves, 14 lines to the page written in neat, large nasta'liq script in black ink, headings and significant words in red ink, inner margins ruled in blue and gold, one illuminated headpiece in colours and gold, page numbers, contemporary fawn leather
360 x 220 mm.

The original text was composed by Ayyub Sabri Pasha (d. 1890) and was presented to the Ottoman Sultan 'Abd al-Hamid II.
