A 35-Bore Percussion Overcoat Pistol
Signed Gameson & Co., London, Circa 1830

With octagonal sighted barrel (some rust patination) engraved 'London' along the top flat, foliate engraved breech and tang, signed border engraved flat lock (hammer replaced) decorated with foliage, figured full stock with broadly chequered rounded butt, reblued trigger-guard with pineapple finial and foliate engraved bow, vacant white-metal escutcheon, and original brass-tipped ramrod with iron worm, Birmingham proof marks
