The first with turn-off barrel carrying the spring under-hammer beneath, rounded action and flat butt in one piece, the former engraved 'J.R. Cooper's Patent', the latter with figured rounded grips, and ring-trigger acting against the spring under-hammer (some light pitting), Birmingham proof marks; the second with rebrowned twist octagonal sighted turn-off barrel, foliate scroll engraved action, dolphin hammer, finely chequered figured rounded butt with flat ovoidal pommel, the latter encircled by an engraved white-metal band and with vacant white-metal escutcheon, folding trigger, and further vacant white-metal escutcheon (some rust patination), London proof marks; the last with turn-off barrel, action signed within an oval against a martial trophy over each side, replaced thumbpiece safety-catch and folding trigger, figured flat-sided butt, and vacant diamond-shaped silver escutcheon (some pitting), Birmingham proof marks (3)
