A 25-Bore Flintlock William IV 1824 Pattern Sea Service Pistol
Circa 1830

With plain barrel and tang, border engraved flat bevelled lock with 'WR' crowned and retaining traces of case-hardening, border engraved ring-neck cock, figured full stock stamped with inspector's marks and Board of Ordnance ownership mark, the latter above the tail of the lock, and with supplier's mark 'WG' above an indistinct crown on the rear of the side-flat, regulation brass mounts, belt hook, stirrup ramrod, and in fine condition, King's proof marks
