A Worcester creamjug, circa 1754

Of 'Scratch Cross' type, thinly potted and of plain baluster form with a delicately turned spreading foot, painted in colours in with the 'Snake in a Basket' pattern of a 'Long Eliza' holding a fan, the reverse with two trees and a basket containing a 'ruyi' sceptre, 8.2cm high
