A further rare Worcester coffee cup, circa 1753-54

Of quatrelobed form, the crisply moulded double-scroll handle with a raised thumbrest, the front panel painted with a 'Long Eliza' figure holding a parasol, the side panels with flowering plants growing from rockwork, one with a small parrot-like bird perched in its branches, 6.9cm high
