FIRST AMERICAN EDITION, with a dedication to William Denny, lieutenant governor of the Province of Pennsylvania, where Bulkeley had emigrated after 1743. This edition is expanded with new materials, including the narrative of Isaac Morris, and a list of over 1200 subscribers in the colonies.
