By Seiyodo Gansui (1809-1848), Iwami Province, first half of the 19th century
A small and large crab carved in relief, scurrying near the tip of the tusk, signed Iwami-shu (Iwami-no-kuni) Enokawa Seiyodo Gansui chokoku (carved by the Eno River in Iwami Province by Gansui) with a kao. 10.1cm (4in) long.
