The round-bodied spider crawling over the end of a large piece of striated and well-weathered driftwood, its splayed legs partially undercut, signed Iwami-shu (Iwami-no-kuni) Seiyodo Tomiharu chokoku (carved by Seiyodo Tomiharu of Iwami Province). 8.4cm (3¼in).
