The small figure standing, leaning to one side, wearing a large lion mask and holding a rattle, the large eyes inlaid in pale and dark horn, signed Iwami-no-kuni Kanman (Kanman of Iwami Province) with a kao. 4.8cm (1 7/8in) high.
