The large spider crawling along the curved aubergine, the almost-black umimatsu with slightly paler patches, signed Iwami-no-kuni Denshinsai Kanman to (carved by Denshinsai Kanman of Iwami Province) with a kao. 8.5cm (3 3/8in).
