TASTING NOTE
Nose:
Dark, dried fruits (prunes) with robust resins with cloves, ginger and wood.

Palate:
Classic first fill sherry cask with dried fruit, clove-like spices and treacle toffee.

Finish:
Treacle toffee, cloves and prunes. A classic expression of a well aged first fill, Spanish oak sherry cask.
