GREAT BRITAIN: ROYAL RESIDENCES.

[PELHAM, HENRY. 1694-1754.] Manuscript document on vellum, being an accounting of expenditures, 45 pp recto and verso, folio (550 x 476 mm), London, 27 June, 1751, inked in German hand. Stitched at top. Bottom edges trimmed with loss of text, chipping to edges, soiled.

EXPENDITURES FOR THE ROYAL RESIDENCES and other government buildings, including the Tower of London, Whitehall, St. James, Westminster Palace, Denmark House, Winchester Palace, Hampton Court, Kensington Palace, Windsor Palace, and the House of Commons, dating between 1748 and 1749. The document is signed on the last page by Henry Pelham as Prime Minister, and George Grenville as Lord of the Treasury.
