The present work was executed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Cowboy Artists of America. This example is number 11 from an edition of 100. The work bears a number of inscriptions within the composition; along the upper edge of the bell, the work reads 'Cowboy Artists of America' and along the bottom rim of the bell, the work reads '25th Anniversary 1965-1990.' On the face of the bell the following inscription is included: 'CAA " .... to perpetuate the memory and culture of the Old West as typified by the late Frederic Remington and Charles M. Russell ...."'
