In Coleman Art's 1984 publication of the artist's bronze sculptures, Go Man Go was regarded as "Unquestionably the most famous stallion in the history of Quarter Horse Racing was Go Man Go (1952-1983). The bronze depicts Go Man Go during an early morning workout with Jockey Robert Strauss - wearing rubber boots, blue jeans, and helmet without a racing cap. The bronze was produced in a limited edition as a companion piece to a book by Walt Wiggins - internationally famous author and publisher, who also has been recognized as one of the greatest photographic artists in the world."1
