Movement: Substantial twin train fusee movement with maintaining power, and strike/silent lever, the underslung lever escapement with two arm gold balance, blued steel hairspring and gilt platform, striking and repeating the hour on a blued gong, No. 2778
Dial: One piece arched silvered, with minute ring and roman chapters, subsidiary seconds at XII o'clock, blued fleur-de-lis hands, framed by an angled sight ring
Case: With facetted handle over heavy beveled glass panels within canted front angles with boldly cast scrolls to the shaped bracket base, the lift-out solid rear door with shuttered hand setting and winding squares, No. 2778
Signed: Dial and movement, case numbered
Size: 10 in (25.5cm) high including handle
