An Egyptian turquoise glazed composition amulet of Sekhmet
Third Intermediate Period, circa 1069-664 B.C.
The lion-headed goddess depicted striding on an integral rectangular base, her arms held to her sides, wearing a tightly-fitted sheath dress and tripartite wig with uraeus, suspension loop behind, 4.4cm high
