With slender tapering blade of flattened hexagonal section etched 'In Toledo' within the short fuller on each side of the forte, silver-gilt hilt cast and chased with rococo ornament framing figures in contemporary costume amid Classical architecture, all against stippled grounds and enriched with pricked details, comprising side-guard joined to the rear quillon and knuckle-guard, swelling grip, and globular pommel, in its blackened leather scabbard (chape replaced) with gilt locket chased with foliage en suite with the hilt
