A Chinese silver 'chrysanthemum' presentation punch bowl
Dated 1909, by Luen Wo, Shanghai
With lobed petal rim, the body embossed in high relief with a continuous scene of trailing-flowering chrysanthemums, an inscription on the side, all raised on a slightly splayed foot, wood stand. 29.2cm (11 1/2in) diam. (2).

The inscription records that this bowl was presented to James Kerfoot (1870-1945), Manager of Ewo Cotton Mills, Shanghai by the Chinese staff on 9 April, 1909.
