An enamelled 'erotic subject' dish and a famille rose 'Immortals' dish

Signed, Mid-20th century and Qianlong four-character mark, mid-20th century
The first dish finely enamelled with a seated nude lady in an interior scene, with a tiger plaque by Bi Yuanming in the background, surrounded with an elaborate iron-red and gilt border with foliate lappets and archaistic motifs; the second dish with the Eight Immortals and other celestial deities visiting the Three Star Gods, carved wood stand. The largest: 34cm (13 3/8in) diam. (3).

Provenance: the reverse of the erotic dish with a painted inscription reading: "Dr. Cun, Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Yours truly, Lue Cheng-wen, Dec.20.48"
