A George III silver salver and another

both by John Crouch I & Thomas Hannam, London, 1779 and 1783
Circular form with bead rims, the first with later armorial engraved roundel to the centre, on bracket feet, the arms related to the MARRIOTT family of Cotesbach, Leicestershire, diameter 20.8cm, the second with engraved central reserve, on bracket feet, diameter 18cm, weight 21.5oz. (2)

Footnotes

The coat of arms on the first salver relates to the MARRIOTT family of Cotesbach, Leicestershire. Being a descendent of Robert MARRIOTT (1743-1808) and Eliza Stow.
