Typed Document Signed, ("Walt Disney"), 3 pp, 4to, Burbank, CA, October 5, 1954, being a copy of the minutes of a meeting of the WED Enterprises Board of Directors, also signed by Willia H.D. Cottrell, Loyd Wright, Nathan Winecoff and Richard F. Irvine, mild toning, holes punches at left margin.

This document records a special meeting of the board WED Enterprises, "The corporation granted to Walt Disney Productions an option to purchase the corporation's stock in Disneyland, Inc." An early Disneyland document as construction of the park had only begun a few months earlier on July 16th. By 1960, Walt Disney Productions would hold all of the stock in Disneyland.
