Bronze portrait plaque, 300 x 210 mm, with curved top edge, maker marked on reverse "MFG. BY FRANKELITE CO., CLEVELAND OHIO."
WITH: Program for The Thomas Jefferson Dinner, 1942, 4to, with pictorial wrappers and blue silk cord at bound edge.

The Frankelite Company made numerous home furnishings such as lamps, door hardware, etc., particularly in the Art Deco style during the 1930s. Roosevelt's widespread popularity, as evidenced by his unprecedented 4 election victories, led to a high demand for patriotic decor bearing his image.
