Screenprint in colors on wove paper, signed in ballpoint pen on the verso, published by , the full sheet, 21 x 21in (53.3 x 53.3cm).

Warhol's famous portfolio commemorates the 1963 assassination of John F. Kennedy as reported by the news media. In this print from the portfolio, Warhol juxtaposes a photo of the President with a ghostly image in negative of the late president on a 1960s campaign poster, in patriotic colors of red and blue. (F. & S. ll.42).
