A Sèvres cup and saucer, circa 1770

Gobelet 'Hébert' et soucoupe of the second size, painted with a wide rich border of pink shells alternating with blue-ground panels embellished with gilt trellis, highlighted in gilding, under further small panels with scale pattern and a blue-ground rim, foliate swags hanging from gilt loops underneath the shells (2)
