EINSTEIN EXPLAINS HIS UNIFIED FIELD THEORY, in this cover letter to Mrs. Dunn sending a copy of his offprint on Unified Field Theory (see below). "Under separate cover I am sending you for your husband a copy of my paper concerning the unified field theory. It is a general scheme that gives hope to understand the structure of the elementary particles. It is not yet known to me whether it will really give the correct solution of the problem, not having been able till now to integrate these equations satisfactorily."
