A collection of five portrait miniatures
1st: Attributed to Henry Edridge (British, 1769-1821), a gentleman wearing a blue coat, watercolour on ivory, gold bracelet clasp mount;
2nd: A gentleman wearing a black coat, his powdered wig worn en queue, watercolour on ivory, signed and dated on the obverse HM/ 1752, gilt-metal bracelet clasp mount with a border of cushion-shaped pink pastes in foiled closed back settings;
3rd: Circle of Carl Gustav Klingstedt (Swedish, 1657-1734), an unframed portrait miniature on ivory;
4th: Spanish School, 17th century, a gentleman wearing a suit of armour, oil on copper, gilt-metal frame with pierced spiral cresting;
5th: English School, 19th century, a young gentleman wearing a red coat, watercolour on card, gold frame.
Oval: 1st 4.1cm high, 2nd 3.4cm high, 3rd 8.1cm wide, 4th 5.3cm high, 5th: rectangular, 5.6cm high (5)
