A collection of fourteen woodblock prints

Toyohara Chikanobu (1838-1912)
All from the series Tokugawa Jidai Kifunjin no Zu (Noble Ladies in the Tokugawa era) published 1897; the first triptych 'Viewing at the Noh Theatre', the second triptych 'Ocean side', the third triptych 'Moon Viewing', together with two oban from the triptych 'Flower Cart' a single oban from the triptych 'Visiting a temple,' a single oban of a lady holding a doll, and another single oban of a lady uncovering a song bird beside a potted peony.
Each oban 37cm x 24.8cm (14).
