A pair of silver-inlaid bronze vases for ikebana

Meiji era, 19th century
Each with attached flat usabata rim inlaid with foliate branches, the rounded square-section body with two opposing panels of butterflies over tree fern and butterflies and bamboo, the sides with detachable handles and further inlays of fruiting gourd vine, all upon integral stepped circular bases with further bands of inlay.
