A mother-of-pearl inlaid box

Choson Dynasty, Korea
The hinged lid and box sides each decorated with a foliate panel of dragons chasing the flaming pearl among clouds, reserved on a patterned ground of six-pointed stylised flowers (restorations).
12.5cm high, 31cm wide, 17cm deep
