A 54-Bore Percussion Kerr Patent Single-Action Revolver
Retailed By The London Armoury Company, No. 10.778 And 131, Circa 1860

With octagonal sighted barrel (some old bruising along the side flats) and top-strap retaining some original blueing, serial numbered cylinder, border engraved frame (action defective) and signed back-action lock, the first engraved 'Kerr's Patent 10.778.' on one side, and stamped 'London Armoury' on the other, plain trigger-guard and ovoidal butt-cap, the latter with lanyard ring, hinged rammer with sprung side-catch, and chequered figured rounded butt (some light pitting in places, spring safety-stop and arbor-pin probably replaced), London Armoury marks and London proof marks
