A 90-Bore Percussion Self-Cocking Revolver Of Bentley Type
Signed Pattison, Nottingham, No. 1347, Mid-19th Century

With octagonal sighted rifled barrel engraved with scrolling foliage at the muzzle and breech, signed border engraved top-strap, cylinder numbered from '1' to '5', border engraved frame, trigger-guard and butt all decorated with scrolling foliage, hammer, safety-stop, trigger and rammer all retaining some original blueing, the last with sprung side-catch, chequered figured rounded grips (one chipped), and much of its original silvering overall (some loss of silvering), Birmingham proof marks
