With re-browned twist sighted barrels signed along the rib, breeches each with platinum plug and engraved with foliage between, border engraved tang, signed flat locks, hammers (one nose replaced) and mounts all decorated with foliate scrollwork, the last comprising butt-plate and trigger-guard, figured half-stock (some old bruising) with chequered grip and fore-end, trigger-plate and rear ramrod-pipe each with engraved pineapple-shaped finial, vacant white-metal escutcheon, and original brass-mounted ramrod (worm cap missing): in original lined and fitted brass-mounted mahogany case (some old moth damage) with browned twist sighted rifle barrels each cut with four wide grooves and signed along the rib between the breeches, blued calibrated folding adjustable back-sight, case-hardened breeches with platinum plugs and engraved with foliage between, and original brass-mounted ramrod, and accessories including powder-flask embossed with a foliate shell on both sides, leather shot-flask and suspension strap, brass bullet mould, T-shaped combination tool, mainspring clamp and steel wad-cutter, the exterior of the lid with circular brass escutcheon engraved with owner's name 'Col. Morrison'; together with an associated leather-trimmed canvas travelling cover, Birmingham proof marks
