With russet sighted two-stage barrel signed along the octagonal breech and retained by an old leather binding at the muzzle, plain tang, signed border engraved flat bevelled lock with roller (top jaw and screw missing, steel refaced), figured full stock (some old bruising and split in front of the lock), bellied butt with cheek-piece, brass mounts including D-shaped trigger-guard, adjustable set trigger, brass ramrod-pipes, and steel ramrod, Birmingham proof marks
