Two George III Officer's Gorgets Of Universal Pattern
Circa 1800

Each of rounded gilt-copper with turned edges, the fronts finely engraved with crowned 'GR' cypher between sprigs of laurel, one inscribed 'SEMPER PARATUS', retaining its chamois leather liner and more of its gilding than the other (2)
11.5 cm. and 11 cm.
